NDIS IN-HOME SUPPORT & ACCOMMODATION

Big Leap staff are enthusiastic and well-trained in providing in-home support services to NDIS participants, to encourage safe, independent living. We can provide as as little as one service a week, drop-in support or 24/7 care.

We also provide a range of accommodation solutions for NDIS participants—not just 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL). Whether it’s full-time support or a lower level of assistance, we offer flexible options;

  • Part-time or shared supports within our accommodation options from a range of housing locations across Adelaide

  • Part-time or shared supports within a participant’s current living arrangement

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)

We ensure each participant receives the right level of care in a safe, supportive home environment.

  • We support participants with day-to-day life including meal planning and preparation, physical wellbeing, budgeting, paying bills, public transport, communication and social skills, medication management, attending appointments, or anything else they may require support with.

  • We understand the importance of assisting participants in building skills to help them engage actively in their community. Our innovative and fresh approach is strength-based and we are able to help participants recognise and develop their personal interests and passions.

  • We have extensive experience in helping young people transition from 24/7 care environments, to more independent living. We are passionate about this area of work and truly believe in the importance of teaching participants lifelong lessons and skills, building the pathway for fulfilling and positive futures.
